"Hello, I'm Beth. I write because when my hand is moving over the page, my soul drips out. It seems to be the only way. You might find me plucking the guitar on a hillside or in a coffee shop downtown, maybe fireside. I play because harmony and melody are simply good. I sing because it slows the hurricane, and I can pluck out what some pleasure or ache may be. The songs I write are honest and are pulled from a respect for genuine love and uncomfortable simplicity. I aim to use music as an instrument of hope, peace, and maybe some stitching for the heart."
